Forskningsprofil

The vision is to improve and ensure the quality of medical treatment in the North Denmark Region, as well as to influence national and international environments in the same direction.
The mission is to clarify areas with potential for improvement through research projects and to contribute to evidence-based high-quality medical treatment. In doing so, we aim to create solutions to societal challenges at the regional, national, and international levels. We will continue to collaborate across disciplines and sectors. We conduct research in "Medication Optimization."

Undervisningsprofil

I have over 15 years of continuous experience in pre-graduate teaching in pharmacology and clinical pharmacology, primarily as a lecturer and module coordinator. This includes teaching medical students and students in medicine with industrial specialization (MedIS) at the Faculty of Medicine, Aalborg University, and the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen.

Administrativ profil

Member of the Academic Council since 2021. Head of the Doctoral Program “Clinical and pharmacological research” since 2023 and in 2024 appointed as member of “Committee for Equality and Diversity” at Aalborg University.
