  • Advanced CFD and digital twins for virtual testing & innovations
  • Bioenergy: Clean, efficient, flexible & safe utilization
  • Carbon capture and utilization technologies
  • Green fuels (incl. green ammonia)
  • Greener cement and ceramics
  • Multiphase flow & heat transfer, e.g., electronics cooling, wind turbine icing
  • Pyrolysis/gasification of biomass for biofuels production

 

Undervisningsprofil

  • Very Rich Teaching Expertise in Many Core Courses in Thermal/Fluids (more details in my Teaching Portfolio)
  • Supervised a lot of Master & PhD projects. Acted as opponent of PhD defense in different countries, e.g., Austria, China, Denmark, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden
  • Winner of "Teacher of the Year" for a few times in AAU, on the M- and/or E-Study Board as well as on the Faculty level. Nominee for "Teacher of the Year" for some times
