Personlig profil
Forskningsprofil
I am a UK-trained physiotherapist with experience in primary and secondary care, private and public healthcare systems, elite sport, and military settings. I have worked clinically for 14 years primarily with people with musculoskeletal conditions. My main clinical interest is complex musculoskeletal pain conditions.
My research interest is improving the delivery of person-centred care. This includes understanding how to best support physiotherapists to become person-centred practitioners. My overall aim is to contribute to improving high-quality care and enhance both the experience and outcomes of healthcare for patients and practitioners.
Undervisningsprofil
I have been invited as a guest lecturer to teach undergraduate and post-graduate physiotherapists in the UK, Ireland, Qatar and Denmark on topics relating to person-centred practice, biopsychosocial factors relating to pain, and pyschologically informed physiotherapy.
