Business experience

Prior starting his academic career, Romeo started-up and led as CEO a branch of an international NGO. Romeo has also experience in public policy interventions in restructuring, rationalizing and modernizing business and public sectors such as power, oil, military high-tech, management consulting and higher education sectors.

Education

Romeo received his PhD and MSc from the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship and the Marketing Department, respectively, both at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and his first degree diploma of mechanical engineer from the Air Force Engineering Military Academy, Riga, Latvia.
