The Power Electronic Devices and Components Committee of the IEEE Industry Applications Society takes pleasure in presenting the 2022 Second Prize Paper Award - TIA to Frede Blaabjerg for the manuscript co-authored with Michael Hartmann, Francesco Iannuzzo, Dao Zhou and Wenzhao Liu Entitled ''Separation and Validation of Bond-Wire and Solder Layer Failure Modes in IGBT modules".
