Staff mobility (KA1 – Learning Mobility of Individuals) grant awarded to visit to the University of Oulu in Finland, with the main purpose of knowledge dissemination, training and mentoring PhD students. The scope of the mobility: developing and advancing applied knowledge, skills and competences PhD supervision and mentoring, PhD supervision training, PhD training (as part of pedagogical training) within the context of legitimation, business models and theory building (as part of research training).
