I co-developed the creativity didactic and theory called 3D Didactic. It uses a 3 dimensional practice towards the enhancement of situational creativity for groups and teams. It ensures the embodiment of No-experienced judgement, Originality, Fluency, Flexibility, Elaboration, Humor, Identification of creative output, Task focus, Horizontal thinking and Parallel Thinking. It has been used by thousands of teachers as a didactic for creative teaching and teaching creativity since 2008.
