Beskrivelse
The studio is a three week module (March 2013) that explores the combination of parametric modeling, environmental analysis (CFD) and digital manufacturing techniques (CNC) and assembly. Tooling sessions of parametric software and CFD analysis are followed by three design phases: Elements, System and Formation. This process leads to a design of an auxiliary structure (4×6 metres) that attached to existing envelope of the Utzon Center will alter the appearance of the building and improve the internal environment of the workshop space.
