Project duration: Fall 2000 ? Spring 2005 Continuous improvement and continuous innovation: can companies concentrate on both? And what might they hope to gain from doing so? This project takes an in-depth look at strategy issues related to this dilemma, analysing the change processes conducted at a medium-sized Danish company over the past two years.
