Co-Designing Robot-Assisted Learning for Children

This project aims to develop robot-assisted learning tools using QTRobot from LuxAI, a small humanoid robot designed for teaching children with special needs. Through co-design workshops we will involve educators and students from the social educator program with the purpose of developing tailored robotic solutions for social educators. The project combines expertise in human-robot interaction, co-design and pedagogy to create innovative and practical applications of robots in teaching, addressing the diverse needs of children facing various challenges. By enhancing engagement and learning outcomes, we seek to explore the potential of humanoid robots in special education and establish a foundation for future research.
