CO2Vision - CC Portland

The Project aims in Phase 1 to develop a decision-making tool for assessing Carbon Capture technologies suitable for Portland. This tool will enable Portland to evaluate techno-economic benefits of these technologies in order to reach Danish goal of 70% reduction of emissions by 2030 and climate neutrality by 2050. The project also aims to define the requirements and methodologies that will enable in next phases the cross-sector coupling studies using the digital twin approach. The focus is Phase 1 is on commercially available technologies, i.e. Amine process with scrubber and cryogenic process.
