    Beskrivelse

    This network project on Continuous Improvement/Continuous Innovation is comprised of several Danish industrial partners and eight international network research-partners and is based on a Ph.D. project at the Center for Industrial Production (CIP). The project is an extension of an existing European Continuous Improvement Network (EuroCINet) established in 1994 as a EUREKA project. The project will undertake the further development and refinement of the continuous improvement self-assessment tool, with particular focus on the development of the underlying theoretical model through comprehensive empirical research via industrial partners and theoretical input from the academic partners of network. The universities/research institutes and their industrial networks presently involved are University of Western Sydney (Australia), Aalborg University (Denmark), Helsinki University of Technology (Finland), Technische Universität Illmenau (Germany), Trinity College (Ireland), Politecnico di Milano (Italy), Twente University (Netherlands), SINTEF (Norway), Chalmers University/FENIX (Sweden) and Brighton University (UK).
