The project revolves around an action-oriented approach to two cases of organisational change. The intervention strategy aims at developing the participants' competences to participate in and influence the change process. The experimentarium has two parallel functions of both enhancing learning pro- * cesses to develop participatory competence, and serve as an intervention-tool through which is becomes possible to gain insight into the dynamics of the companies change- and learning-cultures.
