Effects of low oxygen tension on HBV-infected liver cells

The interaction between virus and host cells will be influenced by the oxygen dependent cell phenotype. We study this using arrays determining the gene expression patterns at in vitro controlled pericellular oxygen tensions. Funded by The Danish Cancer Society.
