Beskrivelse
This project investigates the role of epistemic values, understood as methodological criteria of judgment, in classical 'academic' science within evolutionary biology: how they are applied; how they come into conflict; and how their application may change as a result of other intellectual developments. A central concern of this project is the process by which the credibility of various scientific claims is assigned.
