EURO-FORCES aims to demonstrate a system that takes into account local differences and laws, providing a mechanism to ensure criminals cannot take advantage of a breakdown in European communication, as well as improving responsiveness and capability among end-users
EURO-FORCES will actively explore the ethical and socio-political dimensions of information collection and use. EURO-FORCES will examine the methods of collection and the differences between sharing and exchanging data on criminals and their activities throughout Europe's law enforcement agencies
By making use of existing technologies and open source code, EURO-FORCES will remain extremely flexible, user friendly and capable of managing data from all kinds of databases and sources.
