This project aims at improving hospital foodservice practices by use of local food sourcing, production, and menu concepts; innovative application of information communication technology (ICT); and optimised monitoring, forecasting, and ordering methods. It also aims at integrating local supply and integrating local suppliers for future public consumer expectations
