    This project is being developed within the research area of Human Resources in Manufacturing. The project concept is derived from a large scale, ongoing organizational restructuring implemented in order to increase international competitiveness at Martin Manufacturing in Frederikshavn. The project will include the mapping of change processes in the company in relation to continuous versus discontinuous and radical versus incremental changes in the mini companies established in the organization during restructuring. The project is based on action research at Martin Manufacturing, where the researcher will be part of the human resource team. Project Duration: November 2000 to October 2003.
