Individual and Organizational Learning. Change and Development



In this project it is suggested that the relationship between the doctoral student ? and his supervisor create an axes, which is conducive to learning. This axes is and expression of a relationship between two partners mutually responsible for the knowledge, explicit as well as tacit, being diffuses and developed. This axis becomes an agreement for learning we name Learning Alliance. In order to keep it vital and dynamic, it must be subjected to continuous scrutiny. The axis is unique for each couple. Yet, it also constitutes a framework for learning that becomes applicable to any doctoral student ? supervisor relationship. The purpose of the project is to find, form and develop individual as well as organizational method and approaches for the advancement of learning
