The primary aim of this study was to explore the end-user experience of engaging with a novel e-health programme designed to support self-management of people living with CP seeking care in general practice, and use this information to further improve the e-health programme to ensure it accommodates both the end-user and organizational needs.

The first objective was to explore the user experiences and needs of people living with CP in engaging with the novel e-health programme to support self-management, and use this information to: i) inform the redesigning and improvement of the content in the e-health programme, and ii) inform the planning of the participatory design workshops. The second objective was to conduct workshops and explore both people living with CP and general practitioners experience of engaging with the novel e-health programme, as well as identifying areas of e-health programme, which may be remodeled to accommodate the personal and organizational needs related to the acceptability, usability and implementing of the e-health programme in a general practice setting
