    CIP project group: PhD Student Peter Poulsen, Professor Harry Boer (advisor) External partners: LEGO Direct - subdivision within the LEGO Company dealing with direct customer contact activities. In addition, this project is central to the CIP network project entitled "Radical Change Processes". Project duration: Summer 2000 - Spring 2005 Taking its cue from three basic paradigms, contingency theory, strategic choice theory and structuration theories, this project seeks to evolve refined tools for understanding organisational change, taking as its jumping-off point the study of a new B2C division of LEGO.
