This project aim at better understanding children’s needs and requirements
of information technologies and it includes a number of different sub-projects.
Design of children’s technologies has received increased attention during the
last years. The research has two primary objectives. First, we investigate how
emerging technologies should be designed for children and how such technologies
could support the special needs of children. Secondly, we explore how these
technologies can be evaluated by children and thus, how children can be involved
in the evaluation process.
