Beskrivelse
NORDJUST – Nordic Research Network in Criminal Justice, Punishment and Prevention is a collaborative platform for scholars working at the intersection of criminal law and criminal justice policy. The network focuses on the evolving relationship between the punitive state and the preventive state, and the complex legal and normative challenges this development entails. Particular attention is given to issues such as legislative quality, the expansion of penal and preventive measures, and their implications for human rights. By integrating criminological and legal perspectives, NORDJUST aims to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and advance research that critically engages with contemporary transformations in criminal justice, preventive justice, and penal governance.
