We have a wonderful line of equipment for studies of protein thermal stability. We can monitor the thermally induced unfolding using steady state fluorescence, circular dichroism and differential scanning calorimetry. This gives us a unique opportunity for advising industry on the most suitable solvent conditions that allow for long-term stability of a commercial enzyme. (Peter Fojan, Shona Pedersen, Steffen B.
