Scaling Nordic Health-Tech Business Models

Internationalization calls for scalable, world-class business model design and implementation. The project gives science-based yetsparring to Nordic health start-ups aiming at international markets. The sparring staff from the three universities comprise specialists from the area of internationalization and business model design in entrepreneurial contexts with practical business experience. Results of the sparring, designed scalable business models for internationalization and pitching materials may be tested by pitching at Polar Bear Pitching event in Oulu, spring 2019 for leading venture capital fund representatives.
The Consortium will create a common project platform and action research based sparring that will bring together Nordic practical- and science-based expertise and experience on internationalization, business models and start-ups. The Platform will facilitate business model innovation, internationalization, as well as
knowledge sharing and co-creation in the project start-ups. This platform will be used by other start-ups beyond the end of the project.
