Stress tests on electronic power modules to assess reliability

The purpose of the agreement is twofold: 1) to create knowledge around power-cycling stress of state-of-the-art power module samples, produced by Vishay and 2) to create knowledge about the parasitic stray inductance of newly-designed layout concepts.
Among technical reporting, scientific publications on peer-reviewed journals or conferences are the main outcome of this agreement.
