Substainable Development Strategies for Central America (SUDESCA)



    The project aims at enhancing the research capacity of Central America, notably in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and El Salvador, especially on the relations between international competitiveness and environmentally sustainable economic development. The participating Central American institutions are: Fundación Nacional para el Desarrollo, (FUNDE) and Escuela de Economia, Universidad de El Salvador, El Salvador. Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Nicaragua, (UNAN) Nicaragua. Centro Internacional en Política Económica para el Desarrollo Sostenible (CINPE), Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica. The IKE Group, Department of Business Studies and Centre for Environment and Development, Department of Development and Planning, Aalborg University, Denmark.
