Beskrivelse

This project is founded in the challenges posed by modern information and communication technology that alter both the current and future standards of competition for several industries. First and foremost, digitalization and network technology change the rules for how companies should compete and collaborate, thereby questioning the standard model for industrial organization. In this context, it can be foreseen that the ability to change, and change often, will become a prerequisite in the future of many firms. Change at a high rate of speed will become a core competence in the future. The project will deal with the management of changes that are both high speed and comprehensive, i.e., radical changes, in their effects on the entire firm. The project will investigate the phenomenon of radical change and attempt to establish guidelines for the successful management of radical changes.
