The economical consequences of municipal planning in the process of developing housing areas

This project aims to clarify how property value change and how developers think when Green fields and Brown fields are developed into residential uses, with the purpose to contribute to the understanding of the interaction between developers, investors and owners on one side and the local council and their municipal planners on the other.
