Abstract

Pelagic clustering islands are rich in renewable energy, and the local development conditions are advantaged. However, there are natural geographical isolation between islands, which leads to the structure of the energy supply and demand structure in the reverse distribution of time and space. In this paper, a multienergy flow model based on electric vessel was proposed and applied to the energy economic dispatch in pelagic clustering islands. Firstly, in view of the characteristics of differential resources endowment and space isolation, the feasibility of interisland energy transmission channel based on EV was introduced. Then, the time-space transfer characteristic of single electric vessel and time-space distribution law of energy in a micro network subsystem was quantitatively analyzed, and a multienergy mixed model considering the interaction between two parties was established. On this basis, with the goal of the system total operation cost, multienergy flow under unified system platform was dispatched economicly. By finely analyzing the constraints of large-scale nonlinear and time-space high coupling in the model, a solving method of the two stage decomposition main sub problem iteration was put forward. The simulation results show that the two stage method can solve the multienergy flow model efficiently and accurately, and verify the rationality and feasibility of the energy economic dispatch in the pelagic clustering islands.
