Abstract

In view of the incoordination problem between power grid and heat network caused by different electrical and thermal energy transmission characteristics, a coordinated optimization strategy of combined heat and power (CHP) system considering multiple thermal inertia of heating system was proposed. In this paper, the actual physical model of the heat storage body of the regenerative electric boiler was considered, and the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the temperature field of the thermal storage body was performed. The thermal inertia model of the regenerative electric boiler was established, and the thermal inertia model of the heating network and the building was established. Aiming at the minimum operating cost of the system, the electric- thermal coordination optimized operation model of the multiple thermal inertia (MTI) of the combined heating system was established. Taking the CHP system in Northeast China as a simulation example, the results show that the electro-thermal coordination optimization operation strategy considering the MTI can effectively reduce the electro-thermal coupling strength and improve the flexibility and economy of the system.
