Abstract
A novel converter topological structure for directly drive wind power system is proposed in this paper, the topological structure grid-connected is consists of boost three level converter (Boost-TL converter)and improved T-type three-level inverters cascaded. The improved T type three level topology can significantly reduce the conduction loss in the zero state compared to the conventional T-type three-level structure. A simple and optimized switch state prediction control method based on space voltage vector is proposed,Which not only adds a delay compensation but also reduces the tedious computation of model predictive control. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed topology based on the improved model predictive control algorithm can improve the robustness, dynamic response, operating range and stability of the system.
