Abstract

The main purpose of the present project is to show, that by using a non linear Mohr-Coulomb failure criterion, which takes into account the fact that the friction
angle is dependent upon the stress level one can obtain results from theoretical calculations, which are in very good accordance with the equivalent results from single gravity model tests.
