Abstract

A good work is difficult to define since it has several aspects. It is on the one hand a question about the conditions for the work, so that the work is done under satisfying conditions and on the other hand it is a question about how these conditions impact the content of the work. This means whether the opportunities for doing the work in a proper way and deliver products and servies of a god quality. This chapter discusses the importance for employees of doing a good work and whether they experience that the conditions for actually doing a good work is fulfilled. The chapter discusses also the impact of management strategies for quality in products and servies for the employees.
