Abstract
Development of quantitative methods for high-performance liquid chromatography anaysis of sucrose fatty acid esters and investigation of enzyme-catalysed synthesis of sucrose laurate were the main topics of the PhD thesis defended 10 April 2014 at the Department of Biotechnology, Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, Aalborg University.
