Executive Summary
Prior to this analysis, the analysis “Our friends are getting better” was created. “Our friends are getting better” was analyzing the gearing in the Danish companies in the populations foreign capital between 1-40 million DKK and foreign capital between 50-1.000 million DKK, and in which banks they are costumers.
This analysis examines the Danish companies' leverage in the population of companies with a solidity between 0-25% and foreign capital of between 1-40 million DKK and the population of companies with a solidity between 0-25% and foreign capital above 1 million DKK. In addition, this analysis examines the relationship between companies in a given population and the balance of the banking bank where they are customers. This ratio is expressed whit as balancefactor:
Balancefaktor = ΣBalancepopulation / Balancepi * 100
The data in the analysis contain data from all Danish companies that have submitted accounts to the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency in the years 2013 to 2017. The data set contains more than 36 million pieces of single data, and in the process of the analysis, there are created more than 150 excel sheets.
