N2 - The authors regret that: “The original Fig. 1 in the paper is incorrect. The authors would like to change it with a clearer version of Fig. 1 and figure legend. Fig. 1. The examples of emotional Stroop task and emotional Simon task. In the Stroop task, the Chinese word “高兴” means HAPPY, and “恐惧” means FEARFUL. In the example of Simon task, when a fearful face is presented, participants are required to press the left button with their left hands; when a happy face is presented, participants should press the right button with their right hands. The different types of experimental conditions are formed. C represents a congruent trial, and I represents an incongruent trial. A cC trial represents a current congruent trial preceded by a congruent trial. An iC trial represents a current congruent trial preceded by an incongruent trial. A cI trial represents a current incongruent trial preceded by a congruent trial. An iI trial represents a current incongruent trial preceded by an incongruent trial.” [Figure presented] The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
