Abstract
This report presents an analysis of circular and sharing economy (CSE) initiatives as part of the TransScale project, work package 5 – Environmental Impact Assessment. The report draws on Social Practice Theory and Life Cycle Assessment in assessing sustainability impacts. The document follows WP5 methodological guidelines (D.5.1) to establish a baseline assessment of four CSE initiatives across different contexts in Denmark, Norway, Latvia and Poland, highlighting key aspects of practices, data collec- tion methods, and environmental evaluation (Markussen, Dorland, & Jørgensen, 2024).
