Abstract
Some thoughts about how affirmative action and quotas are already implicitly implemented - and they seem pretty effective. Unfortunately as things are now, they are unregulated, and mainly benefit the majority. I argue that it is time for a change. Let's use affirmative action and quotas to build equality instead.....
