Abstract
We present a novel approach to job internship, named reversed internship, that we experimented with our students in an Italian high school in the hours devoted to Computer Science. Within this framework, students develop a software product under the direct management of a software company, but the actual development happens in the school, thereby reversing the traditional model of internship. We describe the activity and discuss the results, reporting about the extremely positive reactions for all subjects involved.
