Abstract

This report is a synthesis of actions extracted from transnational meetings in the DINNOCAP project, to aid SMEs (in the Baltic Sea Region) deal with the following challenges, associated with access to workforce, access to finance, cybersecurity and infrastructure development, in their digital transformation journey.
