Durability analysis of a harvesting vehicle based on modalsuperpositioning

    Resumé

    Nærværende dokument beskriver en metode til at forudsige udmattelsesskaden i et mekanisk system ved anvendelse modal superposition. En dynamisk FEM bjælke model herunder en ikke-lineær hjul kontakt model er blevet udviklet til høstmaskinen. En belastningshistorie er genereret for et specifikt punkt på maskinen. Udfra en influensmatrice for den valgte punkt bestemmes levetiden. For en fuld 3D solid FE model, anvendes modal superposition til at reducere modelleringsomkostninger. Fra modal analysen af et begrænset antal modes er det muligt at bestemme en fuld deformationstilstand. Den udviklede ikke-lineær hjul kontakt model og det modale system er sammenkoblet gennem et 3D-beam element. De opnåede levetider stemmer godt overens med de faktiske observationer og prøvninger udført på en prototype.
