Abstrakt

For many Taiwanese, discrimination is considered insignificant, and related cultural attitudes are largely left unexamined. Our findings suggest, however, that individual and structural discrimination towards black people is prevalent. The paper explores narratives and experiences, and how social work can be applied to combat discrimination. Data is collected through interviews, observation and policy analysis.
