Abstract: Sequencing of 23 Danish WWTP activated sludge metagenomes has produced >1 Tbp of Nanopore long-read data and 0.9 Tbp of Illumina short-read data. These data are enabling the recovery of hundreds of MAGs, including high quality and circularised complete genomes from both characterised and novel taxa, enabling us to describe the wastewater community at the genome level.
