Abstract

In this study, separation of flavonoids from S. ramosissima static subcritical water extract by dynamic resin adsorption using Amberlite XAD-4 resin was evaluated by total and volatile solids, analyzed for total phenolic content using the Folin-Ciocalteu method and the process was screened by HPLC-MS QTOF analysis.
