Abstrakt
Patients with acute loin pain and microscopic hematuria may suffer from diseases rarely seen in the urological department. We describe a case where a patient with symptoms of a ureteral stone turned out to have herpes zoster. She was treated with aciclovir and recovered well without postherapetic sequelae.
