Abstract

This chapter intends to develop some questions to the base of education and learning activities in FlexVid to expand reflection basis. The article focuses on the framework and basic assumptions that may affect the training organization and thereby the didactic opportunities and challenges in the process prepared as blended learning. The importance of clarity in training organization unfolded and explained with existing knowledge in the field. The article also puts perspective on progression during training and development of students' knowledge development skills. It points to other forms of articulation of adult pedagogick using the concepts of andragogic, paragogogic and herutagogic, as these terms appear "in line" with the learning intentions behind flexible education.
