Abstrakt

Studies in cross-cultural management and cross-border interfirm relations have been among the dominant research themes in international business management during the last three decades. There are significant commonalities in the foundational thoughts underlying these studies and there have been some cross references between them in the litarature. This paper highlights the thoughts into an integrated model that could inform studies in both areas. It breaks the determinants of knowledgetransfer into provider-based determinants and receiver-based determinants.
