Abstract

The lockdowns of covid-19 contributed toaccelerating the developments within distance work andcollaboration. This development impressive in terms oforganizations’ and employees’ rapid adaption of digital tools,as well as to the extensive shift of attitude towards workingfrom home. In this paper, we ask how we might exploitfindings on digitalisation to prepare innovation managementfor the impeding developments within AI-based technologiesto facilitate their exploration and the exploitation of itspotential productivity contribution.
