Resumé

Denne bog handler om magt og sprog i organisationer. Formålet er, mere specifikt, at udvikle en metode til at udforske magt i organisationer, hvor disse opfattes ved hjælp af Wittgensteins begreb sprogspil. Metoden kaldes genealogi og er tæt knyttet til Foucault's magtbegreb. Bogen er skrevet med et formål - at belyse nogle aspekter af Foucaults magtbegreb, som der, efter min opfattelse, ikke har været tilstrækkeligt fokus på i den eksisterende litteratur: Genealogy og magtens praksisser.
